Our Mission Statement

                

"This blog exists to amplify the often unheard voices of its  non-speaking authors, both as individuals and autistics. It is a net to  catch our ideas and make pure truth known to people. These are our  words, letter by letter, and every letter counts. Our voices are loud if  you take time to listen and you may even learn something from us. We  are a vibrant, wonderful group of friends who point at letter boards or  type to talk. We “talk” slowly, but it’s worth the wait. Our thoughts and  our dreams are our connection to our great, big, beautiful human  family. Speaking is not a prerequisite to being human. Speaking doesn’t  equal intelligence. Speaking is overrated.”
