I feel sometimes we overthink the physical.
I wish we could all experience the beauty of silence.
To feel the lack of words is often the most profound moment.
My New Year's wish to everyone is to take the time to experience the silent.
Talking does not always bring excitement, joy or peace.
Your loudest word is your wish inside you kept fed by your own acceptance.
I totally agree. I value the time I spend listening to and enjoying the silence around me. I experienced it this morning while it was still dark and I was sitting on my sofa looking out my front window. I appreciated the early morning stillness and quiet. It was comforting. — Tita
ReplyDeleteSo eloquent your thoughts and they loudly ring true - thought the silence. We are blessed and lucky to know you! The Hessel Family
ReplyDeleteI’m with you Ryan. Silence is a good space to be in sometimes. Gives us time to breathe, reflect, comprehend and dream. I like how you ended this “fed by your own acceptance.” That is so true, very insightful. - Cousin Bob
ReplyDeleteHey Ryan, I like your thinking, I sometimes struggle with the silence, it’s not the quiet around me, but the thoughts that storm through detracting from stillness. Additionally, taking the moment of silence helps us respond rather than react.

ReplyDelete"Your loudest word is your wish inside you kept fed by your own acceptance." Just reflecting back the words lingering and settling like soft snow under moonlight in me.
